Our world class coaches and tailored adult programs will help you reach your tennis specific goals. Adult classes include Beginner, Advanced Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced Levels.
Adult Cardio
90 minutes of high intensity drills and games designed to give players a full cardiovascular workout.
Three levels (Advanced Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced) are offered and the classes are restricted to players in that skill bracket. Players must be evaluated by a McCarren Tennis Center Pro before they can sign up for Cardio Tennis classes.

We have one of the best tennis clubs in Brooklyn with 7 indoor hard courts open from 6am-12am. We offer Junior Classes for ages 3-17 for all levels recreational and high performance.
