  • Players purchasing seasonal court time may book ahead for the entire indoor season

Lesson Requests

  • Private, semi-private, and group lessons may be requested online
  • The pro or the front desk staff must approve the lesson request for it to be officially confirmed in the system. The lesson will show up on the client's CourtReserve account and a confirmation email will be sent once the request is approved

Adult Class Rating System

  • Cardio Tennis and Big Bangers will be restricted to players that have been rated by one of the club's pros
  • The rating will be based on the player's ability to hit the necessary shots for the class and whether the player will be competitive at the level they are rated
  • Unrestricted open sessions will be hosted once every 2 weeks so new players can be rated for future classes
  • Pros will determine if a player should move to a more/less advanced session and adjust the player's rating in CourtReserve accordingly
  • Ratings may not be disputed. The rating system is in place to ensure that the classes run smoothly and are enjoyable for all clients
